... And Bootlegs For All

Megadeth - Live in Dublin, Ireland, 1991

 Venue: Point Depot: Dublin, Ireland
 Date: April 1, 1991
 Time: 77:00
 Size: 1 CD

 Sound: AUD, B
Notes: Extremely rare show, so far not known to exist. Here's info given to me by the mate I got the CD from: "The history of this recording is that, well, it's near impossible to find.. I got it because I met some random old school metaller from the west of Ireland at an anthrax in store signing, we got to talking and he said he bought the cassette of the show after he'd seen the show. We swapped details and I got the trade plus some other anthrax goodies. I had to remaster it from an original bootleg from 91 so it was well listened to and had the usual characteristics of a well used cassette. I did the best I could to master it, I had to leave in some hiss to keep the high end flowing but you don't hear the hiss for the most part while the actual songs are playing... Its really between songs that you notice it. Dave said it was the best show of the tour, I wish I was there! Great setlist too!".
Here's what I'd like to add. this was the last show of the Megadeth/Alice In Chains/The Almighty tour in Europe! The sound is a bit floating, but all-in-all quite nice! What a great setlist! Dave sounds awesome while spitting out "Dawn Patrol" lyrics. There's a slight cut before "Take No Prisoners" due to tape flip I bet, so some seconds of Dave's introducing the song are missing. Audience is singing the first verse and chorus of "Peace Sells" - awesome!
