September 2010 update. 25 years after the actual show and the only surfaced source we (John actually) managed to locate the definite upgrade to what we'd had before. The taper seems to be the same as the night before. The quality is still not perfect but way better now.
Dave mentions Brooklyn more then once so its 100% the correct show. At the beginning the house announcer mentions Ritz, so it's correct. First gig in New York for Megadeth. Thanks to John who dug this one out 25 years later! Like the night before the band shared the stage that night with Slayer. Actually opening for them as I get it. So there are some guys at the taper who say some shit into the mic inbetween songs regarding Dave etc.
