Taper's notes: "This was the third day of Sonisphere Istanbul leg and believe me, it was just awesome! Megadeth was the fourth band and before them, Gren, Foma and Anthrax hit the stage. I was about to tape three bands of three days and my choises were Pentagram (Mezarkabul), Accept and Megadeth. We were at the grasses of the stadium, and believe me, on Sunday, the place was crawling with human waves, it was goddamn hot and we were barely standing when we were at the front. So we decided to go back, where people were so quiet and few. Friends and I were so excited 'bout Megadeth, as I went there especially for them, that was my second Megadeth gig. The first gig I attended was at 2005 in Istanbul and the show totally sucked. Our pointless organisers put them under Garbage! Can you believe that? And there was a crowd, who couldn't sing Megadeth songs, even Tornado Of Souls!! And this show - Sonisphere show - was like a compensation to me and I was so excited. Megadeth supposed to hit the stage at 16:15, but there were huge sound problems, so they were on stage later than expected. They started with Holy Wars, and the sound system was really terrible, I couldn't hear Dave totally, and it was really annoying. At Headcrusher, Dave couldn't play the intro because of the sound system, and he was right. He also mentioned the terrible sound system before playing Tornado Of Souls. About the setlist, well, I was expecting to hear Trust and Hook In Mouth, as they played them at previous Sonisphere legs. But the most desired song by me was Rust In Peace... Polaris. I really expected to hear it but, that was my tough luck... I recorded the intro too, but there was something happened at Skin O' My Teeth that I noticed a minute later, my camera stopped recording. So the middle part of Skin O' My Teeth is missing. After they finished Symphony Of Destruction, I quickly changed my Micro SD card and continued recording without any problems. This was my third recording attempt, and I never traded the previous shows I recorded so, I have to thank Felix that he told me the best programs for my work. Thanks mate!"
Personally the recording is nice but the only annoying drawback it has is a drunk fella @ Efe singing a hell lot... Thanks a lot for sharing it amigo!
